Each cottage has it's own charm and fulfills needs as unique as you. Our cottages have ocean views, kitchen facilities, linens, private baths and small decks. A three night minimum stay is preferred. Shorter stays may be permitted at higher rates. Well behaved pets are welcome in the cottages for a per night/week fee.

The Beach House is our most secluded rental on Flye Point. Closer to the water, this more modern home has 2 bedrooms (King and Queen), 2 bathrooms and a spacious living area. Sliding glass doors from the livingroom and master bedroom opens to a porch facing the water.

Owenta is a one bedroom (Queen) cottage with a small loft and pull-out couch. With a one room kitchen/dining/sitting area and stand up shower, this cottage is very cozy. Great for a small family or group of friends!

Lean-To is a quaint two bedroom (Queen, 2 Twins) cottage with an open sitting room, kitchen/dining area, and large bathroom. This cottage has some features to help those with handicaps.

Den Dorit is a one room cottage (Queen) with a small twin loft. Very sweet cottage having a kitchen/dining/sitting area and stand up shower. Perfect for a couple or guest with a school age child.
